About the Northside Elementary PTO
Northside Elementary PTO Mission Statement:
The mission of the PTO is to foster a spirit of cooperation and communication among all members of our school community and to help develop a closer relationship between home and school.
Northside Elementary PTO Objectives
The objectives of the PTO are to:
Work with the school to support the provision of a high quality, well-rounded education for the children;
Encourage parent participation in the development and support of school programs;
Promote parent volunteers at all levels in the school;
Raise funds through various lawful and proper activities as approved by the majority of PTO members present at a regularly scheduled meeting;
Assist local school administration and staff in securing needed items and resources that cannot be obtained through the annual school budget;
Encourage the community-at-large to support activities at Northside Elementary;
Continually research, evaluate, monitor and recommend activities, programs, and services that support the mission and objectives of the PTO.
The Northside Elementary PTO invites you to make the FIRST STEP in making a difference in the education and quality of life for our children.
Our PTO is very involved! We organize fund-raisers and use the money collected to provide beneficial items for the school (i.e. fieldtrip transportation, playground equipment, books, videos, classroom supplies, etc.).

Our December P.T.O Meeting will be Thursday December 6th 8:15 a.m. At Barnes and Nobles Newnan Crossing in Newnan. If you have anything you would like to have added to the agenda, please fill out a form in the volunteer sign up section and use the last section of the form to let me know what you would like added. Make sure you include your contact information.
